Zambia army disciplines soldiers over illegal miner video
The Zambia Army has taken note of an old video circulating on social media showing soldiers assaulting an apprehended illegal miner in North-Western Province. Zambia Army Spokesperson Colonel Sydney Mwewa says the soldiers involved have been positively identified as members of the Zambia Army.
