Government Says Kafwaya Family Declined Offer of State Funeral Honours
Government says it offered to accord the late Hon. Mutotwe Kafwaya funeral and burial honours applicable to a former Cabinet Minister. In a statement, Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa said the family respectfully declined the Government’s offer and opted to hold private funeral arrangements.
