Chief Sokontwe Confirms Mukandila Is Zambian
Chief Sokontwe of the Ushi-speaking people in Milenge District, Luapula Province, has dismissed allegations that opposition politician Celestine Mukandila is not Zambian. The Traditional Leader stated that Mr. Mukandila was born in his chiefdom on 20th February 1990.
