AIPAC Welcomes Constitutional Court Ruling On Acting Auditor General
The Acton Institute for Policy Analysis Centre (AIPAC) has welcomed the Constitutional Court ruling directing the Acting Auditor General to vacate office after reaching the mandatory retirement age. In a statement, AIPAC Executive Director Solomon Ngoma said the ruling reaffirms the principle that public service must be guided by the law, integrity and respect for institutional frameworks.
