ZCLU condemns arrest of ZNBC Journalist Macpherson Mukuka
The Zambia Civil Liberties Union, ZCLU, has condemned the arrest and detention of Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation journalist Macpherson Mukuka, calling for his immediate and unconditional release and the withdrawal of all charges against him. Mr. Mukuka has been charged under Section 10 of the Cyber Crimes Act for allegedly recording a private meeting involving several individuals.
