TCZ Calls For Gastronomy To Be Recognized As Cornerstone Of Tourism
The Tourism Council of Zambia (TCZ) says gastronomy should be recognized as a cornerstone of the tourism industry. Speaking during the second edition of the Zambian Gastronomy Awards last evening, TCZ Board Member Chanda Mwale said elevating Zambian cuisine to world-class standards can create a powerful attraction for tourists.
