The 20 Local Authorities are; Isoka, Mafinga, Mpulungu, Lupososhi, Chembe, Nchelenge, Lufwanyama, Masaiti, Luano, Shibuyunji, Mwinilunga, Kabompo, Luangwa, Rufunsa, Chama, Chasefu, Kaoma, Kalabo, Pemba, and Namwala.
