NIPA Launches Ministerial Delivery Units Curriculum

Secretary to the cabinet Patrick Kangwa has officially has officially launched the Ministerial Delivery Units (MDU) Curriculum, a program aimed at strengthening the implementation of government priorities across ministries at The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).

The curriculum marks a major milestone in Zambia’s public service transformation agenda.

Speaking during the launch at the National Institute of public administration  Main Campus in Lusaka today, Mr.  kangwa called on Permanent Secretaries and Cabinet Office officials to support the rollout of the curriculum, saying it will help build a results-oriented public service and improve accountability in government service delivery..

He added that participants will undertake practical projects within their ministries and will be assessed and certified upon successful completion.

And NIPA Executive Director Professor Jacob R.S. Malungo said He said the programme is designed to equip public officers with practical skills to translate presidential priorities into measurable results that improve service delivery.
